How the transport works

The transport fee is separate from the nightly boarding rate.
Where your dog is going
The kennels sit in El Valle de Cerro Azul, which is what makes over 50,000 square metres of fenced gardens possible, and it is exactly why collection and return exist: the drive is ours, not yours. Dogs spend the day out in the gardens in supervised group play rather than in a run.
Every dog has its own bed at night, and you get photos while your dog is staying.
Working out your total
Two parts: the nightly rate for the number of dogs staying, and the transport fee for collection and return. The nightly rates are below, and the transport fee is quoted once we know your address.

- Home collection and return
- $30 to $55, depending on where you live. Quoted once we have your address.
- House food
- Kirkland Chicken and Rice, $2 per cup, if you would rather not send your own.
- Additional food
- Current market value plus a $15 transport charge, if we buy extra food during the stay.
- Tick and flea treatment
- Required for every guest. It is given at check-in for $10, or $5 for toy breeds, unless you supply your own approved treatment or proof of current treatment.
- Payment
- Cash, ACH transfer or PayPal.
Drop-off and collection are 8am to 5pm daily, by appointment.
